What happens to my vault box if Rempla ceases to exist?

All vault items are held in trust with an independent custodian. Even if Rempla no longer operates, the custodian is contractually bound to fulfill your plan. Your items and instructions are protected by a legally binding trust agreement that outlasts our company.
How does inflation-protected escrow work?

When you pre-pay for scheduled gifts (like annual flowers), the funds are placed in an interest-bearing escrow account. The account is indexed to inflation, meaning the purchasing power of your gift is preserved year over year. If a dozen roses costs $80 today and $120 in 20 years, the escrow adjusts automatically.
Can I modify my plan after setting it up?

Absolutely. Your plan is fully modifiable as long as you're able to make changes. You can add or remove family members, adjust gifts, change plan protectors, and even add new vault boxes. Your plan only becomes immutable when your plan protector triggers the execution phase.
Is Rempla the same as estate planning?

No. Rempla is a remembrance and contracted delivery service, not a legal estate planning tool. While your estate plan distributes assets, Rempla ensures personal gifts, letters, and recurring deliveries reach your loved ones at the right moment. They complement each other beautifully.
Who are Plan Protectors and why do I need them?

Plan Protectors are trusted individuals you designate — a sibling, close friend, or family member — who will notify Rempla when it's time to begin executing your plan. They serve as the human link between your wishes and their fulfillment. We recommend at least two plan protectors for redundancy.
